Our larger wine racks are delivered in “flat pack” form – as shown in the image. “Stript” Racks are delivered in cardboard cartons.

We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes (exception for accessories).

Stock items will usually be delivered within 2 to 7 working days – dependent upon your location. Custom items may take a little longer.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is despatched you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we can.

My delivery hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your delivery has not arrived please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 9518 5901 and they will advise on the status of your delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

The sizes of our products preclude delivery to PO Boxes. Smaller “Accessories” are an exception.
